MIRL is built for adults aged 18 and above. Even so, we take child safety extremely seriously and enforce strict safeguards to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation across our platform. MIRL is committed to complying with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, CSAE policies, and all applicable U.S. and international child protection laws.

Safety is not an afterthought.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation. We review reports, moderate uploaded content, remove harmful material, and escalate confirmed concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Zero tolerance policy

MIRL does not allow child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, sexualization of minors, or any behavior that may endanger children.

  • CSAM and exploitative content are prohibited
  • Grooming or predatory behavior is prohibited
  • Violations can lead to immediate removal and account bans

In-app reporting tools

Users can report any post, Spark, or profile by tapping the three-dot menu. Reports are reviewed so MIRL can investigate and take action where needed.

Manual moderation

Our moderation process reviews uploaded content including photos, videos, and text-based posts. Abusive, exploitative, or harmful content is removed immediately.

Action against violators

If a user is involved in behavior related to child exploitation or abuse, MIRL may suspend or permanently ban the account, remove the content, and escalate the matter.

Legal compliance

MIRL is a U.S.-registered company based in Delaware. MIRL is committed to complying with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, CSAE policies, and all applicable U.S. and international child protection laws.

What happens when serious concerns are found?

Confirmed child exploitation concerns are treated with urgency. MIRL removes harmful content, restricts or bans violating accounts, and escalates cases to the appropriate authorities as required. Where legally required or appropriate for safety investigations, MIRL may preserve relevant account, content, and report information for law enforcement, NCMEC, or other authorized agencies.

Content removed Abusive, exploitative, or harmful content is removed from the platform.
Account banned Violating users may be suspended or permanently removed from MIRL.
Authorities notified Confirmed cases may be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, including the NCMEC CyberTipline.

If you believe a user or content on MIRL violates our child safety standards, report it in the app or contact us directly through our support page. We will respond with urgency, investigate the report, and take appropriate action. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement right away.
