MIRL’s Child Safety and Protection Standards

MIRL is a platform for adults aged 18 and above. While our community is designed exclusively for adults, we take child safety extremely seriously and enforce strict safeguards to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our platform.

We are committed to complying with Google Play’s CSAE policy and all relevant U.S. and international child protection laws.

What We Do to Keep MIRL Safe

1. In-App Reporting Tools

MIRL allows users to report any post (Spark) or user profile by tapping the three-dot (…) menu. This lets users flag:

  • Inappropriate content
  • Suspicious behavior
  • Potential exploitation

These reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

2. Manual Moderation of All Uploaded Content

We maintain a dedicated moderation team that reviews uploaded content, including photos, videos, and text-based posts. Any content found to be abusive, exploitative, or harmful is removed immediately.

3. Swift Action Against Violators

If a user is found to be involved in any behavior related to child exploitation or abuse:

  • Their account will be suspended or permanently banned.
  • The content will be removed.
  • We will escalate the matter to U.S. law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required under U.S. federal law.

4. Compliance with U.S. and Global Child Protection Laws

MIRL is a U.S.-registered company based in Delaware. We follow all federal and international child protection reporting obligations. We are prepared to report confirmed cases of child exploitation to the appropriate national and international authorities, including:
