If you’re ready to delete your MIRL account, we’ll help you do it clearly, respectfully, and without making you hunt through ten mysterious settings screens. Your account is deactivated immediately, then permanently deleted after a short grace period.
Delete Account and Privileges

You can start account deletion directly inside the MIRL app from the Help section.
Open the MIRL app
Log in to the MIRL account you want to delete on your device.
Go to Help & Support
Open My Profile, then tap Help & Support to find your account options.
Tap Delete Account
Choose Delete Account and Privileges, then follow the confirmation steps in the app.
What happens after you confirm?
Your account is deactivated right away. After that, MIRL keeps a 14-day grace period in case you change your mind or deleted it by accident.
Your MIRL account gets a clean slate.
Once the grace period ends, MIRL permanently deletes the personal data connected to your account.
Only non-identifiable analytics data.
MIRL may retain anonymized, non-identifiable data for analytics and performance improvement. This cannot be linked back to you personally.

Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have a 14-day grace period after confirming deletion. If you decide to return during this window, contact MIRL support for help.
Is deletion immediate?
Your account is deactivated immediately. Permanent deletion happens after the 14-day grace period, unless you take action during that time.
Will my referral history be deleted?
Yes. Referral earnings, invite codes, and referral history connected to your account are erased after permanent deletion.
What if I can’t open the app?
You can contact MIRL support and we’ll help you through the account deletion process manually.
