About Keith Roe

Keith Roe BSc (Hons) MBACP. I am an integrative counsellor which means I use different modalities of counselling to help clients reach their mental health goals. I specialise in person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic counselling which can help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, Trauma, life changes and challenges as well as a range of other mental health and emotional wellbeing issues. What if I'm not sure what to say?

Is the conversation private?

Yes. Every session is a private 1:1 conversation between you and the expert. Nothing is shared publicly.

What if the expert doesn't answer?

If the expert is unavailable, you'll automatically receive a full refund. You can then reschedule or choose someone else anytime.

How long are the sessions?
