Hi! I’m Janet! I have an extensive background in reviewing that spans over 25 years. I have reviewed multiple forms of media online including film, television, music and literature. I also ran an award winning blog entitled The Art of Getting By for years. Additionally, I started two local book clubs. Each group is comprised of members who were total strangers before meeting up to share our love of books. Several years ago I entered the field of Education and my writing career took a backseat. Then, due to the pandemic, I was teaching from home and got back into reviewing more. While I have consistently reviewed on Goodreads for many years, I also posted condensed versions of those reviews on Litsy. Additionally, and perhaps most notably, I publish reviews and run weekly features on my Bookstagram page. My handle Instagram is @purrfectpages. I’ve amassed a following of over 19.3K followers users via authentic engagement and quality writing. I have established and maintained many relationships with various publishers, book tours and individual authors.
