About Nomsa Nhlabathi

Founder of Prestige Property Group, a real estate advisory firm specialising in acquisitions, capital, investment and development. I’ve spent more than nine years working across the real estate value chain, advising private clients and investors on acquiring property, evaluating opportunities, accessing capital and creating long-term value from real estate. My work focuses on the commercial thinking behind a transaction: What should you buy? What is it really worth? How should it be funded? Where is the upside? And does the deal actually make sense? My experience spans residential and commercial real estate, investment acquisitions, development, luxury property and income-producing assets. I also acquire and develop property as a principal, giving me perspective from both sides of the table. I’m currently pursuing my MBA at Hult International Business School, complementing my practical experience with global business and strategy.
