My own journey has taken me across the Atlantic with little more than courage. I arrived in the United States without speaking perfect English and without family nearby. Since then I’ve built a life across San Francisco, Las Vegas, New York City, and Miami, reinventing myself more than once from changing careers through the power of mindset to building my own company. That journey taught me something simple but profound: our greatest resource isn’t outside of us -it’s within us. I lead with lived experience, deep presence, and honest conversation.
