About Courtney Fountain

I’m a Poshmark and eBay pro, specializing in the women’s clothing/shoes/accesories resale market. I am highly knowledgeable of how to navigate Poshmark & eBay platforms and in the know of in demand brands and styles that are currently selling. I sold my first handbag on eBay in 2010, and since joining Poshmark in 2018 have over $200,000 in gross sales. My past work experience includes retail, sales, international shipping and logistics, and hospitality, with a bachelors of science degree in hospitality management for the University of South Carolina. I’m happily married to my husband of 6 years, and in my spare time I’m usually entertaining my 4 year old daughter or looking for the nearest hot yoga class. I love traveling and new experiences!

Before you book your call

Everything you need to know before your session.

Do I need to download the app?
You can start your call directly from your browser. For the smoothest experience and easy access to your bookings, you can also use the MIRL app.
How does an instant video call work?
If the expert is online, you can start a private video call immediately. Once your payment is confirmed, the call begins within moments, no waiting or scheduling required.
What can we talk about during the session?
Anything related to the expert's areas of experience. Whether you're looking for advice, clarity, or a fresh perspective, the conversation is shaped around what you need.
What if I'm not sure what to say?
That's completely okay. Many people start with a simple question or situation, and the conversation naturally flows from there.
Is the conversation private?
Yes. Every session is a private 1:1 conversation between you and the expert. Nothing is shared publicly.
What if the expert doesn't answer?
If the expert is unavailable, you'll automatically receive a full refund. You can then reschedule or choose someone else anytime.
How long are the sessions?
You can choose the session length when booking. Pick what feels right for you, and if you need more time, you can always book another session.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
Not at all. You can come as you are. Some people bring questions, others just start talking, both work perfectly.
Can I schedule a call for later?
Yes. If the expert isn't available right now, you can book a time that works for you. You'll receive confirmation and reminders so everything stays easy.
Can I book the same expert again?
Absolutely. You can reconnect anytime if you'd like follow-up support or continued guidance.
