Hey there! I’m Dr. Heather Walker, an award-winning organizational psychologist and founder of Lead with Levity. I help high performers get the most out of their careers. If you’ve ever asked yourself, “How do I get noticed at work without losing myself in the process?”—we need to talk! I’ve spent my career designing transformational experiences for Fortune 500 companies and global leaders–but my favorite work happens 1:1, helping real people figure out what’s next and how to finally feel seen. Whether you’re leading a team, craving a pivot, or silently wondering, “Is this all there is?” –you don’t have to figure it out alone. I bring structure, strategy, and a bit of humor to the table (because personal growth doesn’t have to be painful). Think of me as your clarity coach, career guide, and hype woman rolled into one.
