About Pancake Analytics

I’m a data and analytics leader with a track record of turning insights into impact. I currently lead decision sciences for loyalty programs, using data to drive smarter marketing, better member experiences, and stronger business results. I’m proud to be a CXO Leadership Award winner and a Stevie Silver Award recipient for Best Use of Customer Insights. Outside the 9-to-5, I founded Pancake Analytics—a creative venture that brings analytics to life through games, dashboards, and storytelling. From building trading card market indexes to launching a TCG that teaches Python and SQL, I’m always looking for innovative ways to make data more approachable, meaningful, and fun.

Before you book your call

Everything you need to know before your session.

Do I need to download the app?

You can start your call directly from your browser. For the smoothest experience and easy access to your bookings, you can also use the MIRL app.

How does an instant video call work?

If the expert is online, you can start a private video call immediately. Once your payment is confirmed, the call begins within moments, no waiting or scheduling required.

What can we talk about during the session?

Anything related to the expert's areas of experience. Whether you're looking for advice, clarity, or a fresh perspective, the conversation is shaped around what you need.

What if I'm not sure what to say?

That's completely okay. Many people start with a simple question or situation, and the conversation naturally flows from there.

Is the conversation private?

Yes. Every session is a private 1:1 conversation between you and the expert. Nothing is shared publicly.

What if the expert doesn't answer?

If the expert is unavailable, you'll automatically receive a full refund. You can then reschedule or choose someone else anytime.

How long are the sessions?

You can choose the session length when booking. Pick what feels right for you, and if you need more time, you can always book another session.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Not at all. You can come as you are. Some people bring questions, others just start talking, both work perfectly.

Can I schedule a call for later?

Yes. If the expert isn't available right now, you can book a time that works for you. You'll receive confirmation and reminders so everything stays easy.

Can I book the same expert again?

Absolutely. You can reconnect anytime if you'd like follow-up support or continued guidance.
